28 Days to Better Golf and a Healthier Lifestyle

When you sign up for one of our Healthy For Life Golf Programs you receive our "28 Days to Better Golf and a Healthier Lifestyle" course. During this course you will receive 28 golf tips and 28 health tips. The golf tips will include instruction, ettiquette, rules and equipment. The health tips will include proper stretching, slowly building stamina for everyday life and the golf course, healthy meals, importance of low glycemic index, body mass index and much more.

Before starting any of these courses we ask that you consult your physician, and in addition, get the following tests completed; blood pressure, cholesterol level, Triglycerides, Homocysteine and a CRP blood test, or C Reactive Protein test. You will use these blood tests as a general priority in your health concerns but also as a comparable after our course.

The course is delivered by way of videos and text via email through the use of an autoresponder service, very similiar to the form below. By entering your email and name to a form we send to you, each day you will receive 2 tips, one golf tip and one health tip. You can discontinue this online course at any time.

At the end of day we ask you to enter the results on the printable form we provide for you under the link "Forms" on the left side bar. At the end of each week we ask that send us your results from the week which will be used to monitor results.
